He concentrates on all forms of trade remedies affecting the movement of goods and services across international borders. He advises foreign governments, international organizations, American and foreign corporations, and individuals on matters of trade policy and litigates international trade disputes in all relevant forums in the United States and, occasionally, in foreign countries. He has been a frequent legal adviser to the Government of Canada in WTO cases.
Although he has particularly extensive experience in the North American Free Trade Agreement (and founded and is the former Director of the University Consortium for Research on North America at Harvard University), he also represents clients in Europe, Latin America, Australia and Asia, including acting as counsel to the People’s Republic of China.
Dr. Feldman is a former Director of the Canadian-American Business Council and a former Special Project Officer and Consultant in the United States Department of Defense. He has been a Fellow of the Woodrow Wilson and Danforth Foundations, the German Marshall Fund of the United States, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Center for European Studies and the Center for International Affairs of Harvard University and the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy. Professor Raj Raghunathan, Ph.D.
Raj Raghunathan earned his PhD from the Stern School of Business, New York University, and is currently associate professor of marketing at the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. Raj’s work juxtaposes theories from psychology, behavioral sciences, decision theory and marketing to document and explain interrelationships between affect and consumption behavior. Raj’s work has appeared in top journals, including The Journal of Marketing, The Journal of Consumer Research, The Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and The Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. His work has also been cited in mass media outlets, such as, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Austin American Statesman, The Houston Chronicle, and Self magazine. Raj was recognized as a Marketing Science Young Scholar in 2006, and was awarded the National Science Foundation Career Grant Award for the period 2007 – 2011.

- Profesor Micheal G. Luchs
Dr. Michael G. Luchs is an Assistant Professor at the College of William and Mary’s Mason School of Business. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2008. Dr. Luchs also earned an M.S. in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business, as well as a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.A. in Psychology from Tufts University.
Prior to earning his Ph.D., Dr. Luchs worked for over a decade as a consultant and as a manager in industry. As a Principal with the consulting firm Pittiglio, Rabin, Todd & McGrath, Dr. Luchs worked with a broad client base to improve their product management and marketing practices and performance. Clients included Fortune 500 companies as well as SMBs in the consumer packaged goods, consumer durables, computing and telecommunications equipment, and telecommunications services industries. In addition to his consulting experience, Dr. Luchs worked in industry as the Sr. VP of Marketing for Labtec Inc. (currently a division of Logitech), and as a Product Manager for Black & Decker.
His research interests include sustainability/ethical consumerism, product design & creativity and he has won “best paper” awards from the American Marketing Association’s 2010 Marketing and Public Policy Conference and the Association for Consumer Research’s 2007 conference on Transformative Consumer Research. Dr. Luchs’ research has been published in the Journal of Marketing and he has articles forthcoming in the Journal of Product Innovation Management and the Journal of Public Policy & Marketing.
While at the University of Texas at Austin, Dr. Luchs won the Fred Moore Award for Teaching Excellence. He currently teaches the undergraduate courses “Marketing Research” and “Principles of Marketing.”

Gary L. Wenk, a Professor of Psychology & Neuroscience & Molecular Virology, Immunology and Medical Genetics at the Ohio State University and Medical Center, is a leading authority on the consequences of chronic brain inflammation and animal models of Alzheimer’s disease. He is also a member of the OSU Center for Brain and Spinal Cord Repair. He received a B.A. degree in psychology and biology from Albion College and a Ph.D. in Neurotoxicology from the University of Cincinnati. He then trained as a post-doctoral fellow in the laboratory of Drs. Peter Davies and Robert Terry at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He joined the faculty of the Departments of Psychology and Pathology at the Johns Hopkins University for nine years and served as a Program Director for the Neurobiology of Learning and Memory & Biological Basis of Behavior Program, Division of Behavioral and Neural Sciences, at the National Science Foundation. He joined the faculty of the University of Arizona and was a research scientist in the Division of Neural Systems, Memory & Aging for 15 years. He is a recipient of the Vernon & Virginia Furrow Excellence in Teaching Award and the Five Star Faculty Teaching Award. Professor Wenk’s research is focused upon the investigation of drugs that can slow the progression of Alzheimer’s disease and rescue the brain from the consequences of normal and pathological aging. He has been interviewed about his work by many magazines and radio stations, including NPR, WBZ, WJR, CBS News, & WABC, numerous local and national television programs, including CNN, and was interviewed by Lucasfilm, Ltd. and Amanada Productions for a 2-hr TV documentary on the topic of cognitive enhancers.Professor Wenk was elected in 2008 to the rank of Fellow at the American Assosciation for the Advancement of Science for distinguished contributions in the field of neuropharmacology, neurodegenerative diseases and neuroinflammatory processes.
